Overview

AICO started where people already are: a chat app, with 3D avatars and Smart Capsules — small contextual prompts that anticipate what you need. That surface is the strategic asset. It means the rest of the portfolio can reach a person without asking them to install anything new.

The evolution is from capsules to a full personal agent: one intelligence with one memory, one identity and one privacy switch. It knows the person through sovereign memory, thinks in a multi-agent stack, acts within delegated authority, protects them against deepfakes and social engineering inside their own conversations, extends care to family members, and earns *for* them rather than off them through on-device, privacy-preserving agent commerce.

A deliberate architectural bet runs underneath: signals arrive through an abstraction. Text, voice, behaviour, wearables, calendar, location today — and, on a horizon with no deadline attached to it, a brain-computer interface as one more sensor. Adding a signal source should be implementing one interface, not rewriting the system.

Capabilities

One memory, one agent

Not six features — one companion with a single memory that reasons across everything it knows about you.

Acts, not suggests

Books, buys and arranges within the authority you delegated, through the AICOPay mandate protocol.

Protection in conversation

Human-or-bot signals, anti-voice-cloning and scam detection running inside the chat itself.

Care mode

One agent extended to a family: looking after an elderly parent becomes a mode, not a separate app.
