The thesis
A portfolio is not yet a platform.
Ten applications with ten separate accounts is a holding company. One identity, one memory, one audit trail and one agent interface is a platform. Renvar builds that foundation first and treats every product as a requirement placed upon it.
Capability is advancing faster than accountability.
The difficult question is no longer whether software can act on someone's behalf. It is what that software is permitted to do, under whose authority, and who answers for the outcome when it is wrong.
Context is the asset, and it is being appropriated.
Whoever holds a person's memory holds the relationship. That position belongs to the individual: encrypted, portable between providers, and generating value for them rather than for an advertiser.
The consequential agents are the ones with bodies and budgets.
Robots, grids, buildings, trading venues. The moment an agent acts on a physical asset or moves real money, these guarantees cease to be a philosophy and become an engineering requirement.
The market was never a single country.
Every product ships on the assumption that the user, the regulator and the counterparty sit in different jurisdictions. Multiple languages and cross-border operation are release-one requirements, not a localisation project undertaken later.

How we build
Five commitments the platform is designed around.
Contracts before products
Every product sits on the same four core contracts — Identity, Memory, Audit, Agent. Products depend on the core, never on each other. A new capability ships without rewriting the platform underneath it.
The agent proposes, the human decides
Delegated authority is bounded, revocable and recorded. An agent cannot widen its own mandate, exceed its limit, or continue acting after revocation. These constraints are enforced in code, not asserted in policy.
Memory belongs to the person
Context is a sovereign asset. Encrypted, isolated by category, and portable between models and assistants. When the assistant changes, the memory moves with the individual. It belongs to them, not to the platform.
Built to be audited
Regulated industries do not procure systems they cannot inspect. Every analysis, dispatch decision and payment mandate produces a structured, examinable record, concluding with a named human approval.
Global from the first release
