Overview
Cities are full of buildings that would be fascinating if anyone told you why. Epoch closes that gap with three steps and no planning: raise the camera, the building is recognised, and a narrator starts telling you what happened here.
Recognition runs on computer vision against a landmark corpus; the narrative is generated per building and per listener rather than pulled from a fixed script; the voice is synthesised with enough prosody that people actually finish listening. Explore mode turns the map into a walkable set of stories, and saved landmarks build a personal travel history.
It ships as a native mobile app in Russian and English, with a landmark library, audio playback and an account layer behind it.
