Orvyn begins with the hardest version of the problem: a digital vault for planning while you are alive — documents, digital assets, a financial register, last wishes — paired with an assistant that audits what is missing ("there is no will covering the apartment") and a dispatcher that handles the first seventy-two hours after a death, when a family is least able to navigate an institution.

Around that core sit five domain products sharing the same document-understanding and process-navigation engine: LexaAI for legal documents, inheritance and migration; GrantAI, which finds grants, subsidies and business support programmes worldwide and helps file them; TenderAI for public and commercial procurement; MediGuide, a navigator for anyone entering an unfamiliar healthcare system; and PropScan, for due diligence on property purchases and judicial auctions.

The common structure is consistent across markets: an individual faces a specialist system, the cost of an error is measured in years or in an entire estate, and the expertise required consists largely of having read the correct documents in full. That structure holds in every jurisdiction, which is why the platform is built to be extended to new ones rather than rewritten for them.
